Practice schedule

Mondays: 6:30-8:00

• Grades 3-8; Advanced Wrestlers.  Many practices will be run in conjunction with the Iowa City Wrestling Club. 

Wednesdays: 6:30-8:00

• All grades & wrestling abilities​

Thursdays: 6:00-7:15
